Communication Evaluation Service

In a Post-COVID scenario where work from home and physical offices exist side-by-side, it is important that any candidate hired for a particular position possess excellent communication skill to work in remote environments with clients and co-workers.

To this end, our Communication Evaluation Service offers a pre-interview screening that groups candidates according to their communication skills and presents these groups to potential employers for further tests and interviews.

This service can be also availed by companies to evaluate the communication skills of the existing employees and enroll in Business English & Soft Skill programs to better his/her communication.

Based on the outcome of our evaluation, the selected candiates may be considered for a client facing role, promotion, overseas assignments, onsite opportunities or business process transition.
